A tax expert with over 24 years of valuable experience in the industry, Rosa Maria primarily services her clients through tax preparation as well as consulting services. For individuals, she focuses on complex US based tax filings for high-net-worth individuals, nonresident alien reporting, international investment reporting, FBAR compliance, and foreign entity ownership reporting. For businesses, she has extensive experience in the areas of family-owned business, real estate, and transportation. Additionally, she can aid clients in entity selection as well as reporting for entity’s who have foreign ownership.

 

When she is not at the office, Rosa Maria enjoys riding horses and spending time  her children, Alejandro, Juan Carlos, Pablo, and Lucia, as well as six grandchildren. 

 

She obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting at University of Texas San Antonio, and she holds a Certified Public Accountant’s license in Texas.

With over 9 years of experience, she has extensive knowledge in preparation and review of individual, corporate, partnership, and S-corp tax returns as well as payroll and sales tax returns. Additionally, Taylor works closely with clients in both tax as well as accounting and reporting consulting. 

 

When out of the office, Taylor enjoys running and traveling with her husband, Juan Carlos, and daughter, Isabel.

 

She obtained both her Bachelor’s Degree as well as Master’s of Science degree in Accounting at Louisiana State University. She holds a Certified Public Accountant’s license in both Louisiana and Texas.

With over 8 years of experience at the firm, Monica manages the payroll processing, payroll tax preparation, sales tax preparation, and bookkeeping for 120 clients. Monica works closely with clients to field questions on any concerns or distress that they might have regarding their accounting, payroll, or sales needs.

 

When out of the office, Monica enjoys spending time outside with her husband, Alejandro and her children Alejandro, Mateo and Santiago.

Darrean Leigh Morrison is a bookkeeper at Kinder, Diez and Associates. While newer to the firm, she is a fast learner and enjoys helping others whenever she can.

Outside of the office Darrean enjoys practicing yoga, hiking, baking, reading novels and spending time with her partner, Pablo, and her two children Rylee and Paisley.

She will obtain her Bachelor of Science in 2022 from the University of Texas at San Antonio. She plans to further her education by getting certified as a Enrolled Agent in 2023.
